Below are two videos detailing “Real Life Stories” of people we’ve worked with.
This first video details the story of our school teacher client with a modest income. We helped he and his wife work their way out of their debt and scarcity model, and into Prosperity. “R.” has been kind enough to share his story here with you:
“As a young married couple, we made some common mistakes and started misusing our credit. We were using credit cards to live beyond our means and within a couple of years we had amassed over $30,000 in credit card debt. We knew we were in trouble, so we called Randy Whittle, who had been a good friend of ours at USC, and asked him for advice.
After reviewing our financial situation Randy helped us identify the red flags in our life that were threatening our financial security, and drafted an action plan to fix our current mess and plan for the future. Just as importantly, he believed in and encouraged us.
Thanks to his good advice and our own hard work, we paid off our credit card debt in short order. Soon we were able to become homeowners as well, and as our financial circumstances improved, Randy was still there for us, always a ready resource and a valuable guide on our path toward prosperity.
As we now know, the stock market tanked and the housing bubble burst around 2008. Most of the money we had invested in the stock market (against Randy’s recommendations–some lessons are hard-learned) was now gone, but our other resources that Randy helped us accumulate remained untouched by the turmoil in the financial markets. Ironically the drastic drop in real estate values also presented a prime investment opportunity. We recently used some of the money Randy helped us to keep safe and available as a down payment on a rental property. The rent we collect is enough not only to cover the mortgage and other costs, but also plenty enough for us to recover the money we used to acquire it, and build additional wealth with.
We owe a lot to Randy. He has given us excellent advice over the years which has both educated us and protected our family’s financial future. Thanks to him we now have clear expectations of our desired financial goals and the know-how to get there.”
