RANDAL J. WHITTLE
As founder of Clarity Wealth Solutions based in Glendora, California,
Randal is the leading expert in the Los Angeles area on the subject
Strategic Cash Flow Modeling, IRA's, and College Funding. He is a
Financial Consultant, National Ethics Bureau Member and Certified College Planning Specialist (CCPS)
having spent 10 years specializing in Unique Strategies for Tax
